BENEFICE PRAYER
Jesus said,
'I am the Light of the World
Whoever follows me
will never walk in darkness
But have the light of life'.
As we rejoice in the gift of today,
So may the light of your presence
set our hearts on fire with love for you
Now and for ever.
Amen
LORD'S PRAYER
Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name;
thy kingdom come;
thy will be done;
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation;
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
the power and the glory,
for ever and ever.
Amen.
ENDING
The Lord preserve our going out and
our coming in, this day and always.
Amen.
